Timing Matters

Use the remodel window wisely

A remodel is the best, and cheapest, time to fix insulation problems that would cost a fortune to reach later. Open walls, ceilings, rim joists, and new additions give us a real chance to air seal properly and install the right material without guessing.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with homeowners, remodelers, and general contractors to keep the insulation phase clean, predictable, and ready for inspection or the next trade. No surprises, no schedule blowups.

Why It Pays Off

Do it once, do it right

New finishes deserve a wall system that performs behind the drywall. Here is what that gets you.

Comfort fixed at the source

Open assemblies let us seal gaps and cavities properly before finishes hide them for good.

Quieter rooms

Interior insulation cuts noise transfer between bedrooms, offices, basements, and media rooms.

Clean project flow

We schedule around your other trades so insulation never becomes the thing that holds up drywall.

Protects your investment

You are paying for a beautiful remodel, the envelope behind it should be just as solid.

Project Types

Remodels we insulate every week

Whether it is one room or a whole-home renovation, we match the material to the assembly and the goal.

Basement FinishingBasement Finishing

Warm, dry, comfortable lower levels using foam, batts, or a smart hybrid assembly.

AdditionsAdditions

New square footage tied into an older home the right way, so it never feels like the cold room.

Quiet bedrooms, home offices, bathrooms, and shared walls where privacy matters.

How It Works

We slot in right where you need us

Every project runs on the same three priorities: the right material, a clean install window, and direct communication from a local crew.

1

Review The Plans

We look at drawings, photos, or jobsite conditions to plan the right material and scope for your remodel.

2

Coordinate Timing

We schedule after rough-ins are done and before drywall or finishes, so the sequence stays clean.

3

Install & Clean Up

The crew completes the work, passes inspection where required, and leaves the space ready for the next stage.

Aaron did an excellent job adding spray foam to our exterior walls and attic in a seasonal cottage we are converting to year-round use. High quality work and materials, timely, and a good price. We’d highly recommend him for any project!

Questions before your remodel

When should insulation happen during a remodel?

Usually right after framing, rough electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work are complete, but before drywall or finish panels go up. We help you time it so nothing gets held up.

Can you help with soundproofing?

Absolutely. Depending on the wall or ceiling assembly and how quiet you want it, we can recommend fiberglass, foam, or a hybrid approach to knock down noise transfer.

Do you work with my contractor?

All the time. We coordinate directly with homeowners, remodelers, and GCs across Dane County so the insulation phase is one less thing you have to manage.

Remodeling soon? Plan insulation early.

Send us the scope or a few photos and we will help you time the insulation phase so it goes off without a hitch.
